Simple crispy chicken wings are simple, cheap and have a good balance of protein and fats, and are extremely low in carbohydrates, these are air-fried for 25 minutes at a 190c 170fan oven. You can add to a conventional oven at the same temperature, I use the air fryer from a cost perspective. This recipe is for 15 chicken wings, nutrient profile is for an individual one.
