Enjoy this entirely animal based pizza. Why not experiment with different meat toppings?! For those super strict carnivores out there, swap the chicken base for ground beef and remove the cheese!
Ingredients
+ 250g chicken mince (pre cooked chicken breast, shredded, also works well!)
+ 1 egg
+ 20g grated parmesan cheese
+ salt
+ tbsp butter
+ 50ml double cream
+ steak (cut of your choice!)
+ raw cheese (any cheese works!)
Preparation
> Take the chicken mince (raw), egg and grated cheese and mix well in a bowl. Add salt. Using parchment paper or a non-stick silicone baking mat, spread the mixture into a thin, pizza shape base. Put in the oven for 30 minutes at 160.
> For the sauce: heat the butter and double cream in a pan. Put aside for later.
> When the base is cooked (it should be firm enough to hold the toppings), remove from the oven and prepare your steak.
> Thinly slice your steak of choice. Spoon some of the sauce onto your pizza base, covering the entire base. Add the steak strips. Spoon any leftover sauce over the steak. Add grated cheese. Put back in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
> Slice and enjoy!
