Ingredients
+ 375ml double cream
+ 125ml water
+ 2 eggs
+ 2 egg yolks
Optional
+ tbsp vanilla extract or raw honey
+ Cinnamon / nutmeg to finish
Preparation
> In a saucepan, add the double cream and water
> If using vanilla extract, add this now too
> Heat the saucepan almost to a boil and then allow to cool
> In a bowl, add the eggs and egg yolks and mix.
> Add the mixed egg to the cream pan and mix again.
> Fill a baking tray with cold water, add ramekins to the tray of water and pour the mixture in. If using cinnamon or nutmeg for the top, add here.
> Bake in the oven for 30 mins at 200
> Take out and once slightly cooled, enjoy!
